The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales mainly in Africa or Asia as prime
Reporting to VP sales.
• Analyze business in target countries, managing local sales teams of AIO
subsidiaries, managing the partners of specific countries, involvement in all
business processes, closing Pos.
• Initiating strategic partnerships with leading companies in AIO busines sector
in the target markets
• Closing current deals and building pipeline with significate growth potential.
• Ability to reply independently on technical requirements.
• Determination to achieve sales targets.
Technical background: Electronic engineer
Telecom Network skills
Control and Management of technical sales, requires ability to
sales complex solutions.
Sales background: Experience in managing partners and remote sales team.
Managing several business processes in parallel
Managing, leading, and motivating local sales teams
High level excellent communication skills with customers
Managing business process with tier 1 customers
Experience in technical sales in telecommunication technology
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales working in foreign countries, advantage to
working Africa or Asia
language: English – excellent
