Hands on in technical support of products in field and to be the top expert of company on service issues and customer support.
- Experience as technical hands-on support manager in telecom companies- a must.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to drill into the details and analyze complex issues- a must.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of telecom- a must.
- knowledge in HW, field installation and SW- a must.
- Engineer or practical Engineer- a must.
- Willing to travel up to 30% abroad- advantage.
